This site allows you to file a police report with the
Nye County Sheriff's Office, North Area Command. After completing the
necessary information you will receive an actual report id and you will
be able to print the report for your records.
A valid form of identification and
an email address are required to complete the report.

This site will let you report any of the following types of incidents:

Gas Station Drive Offs
|
|
Crime of larceny where a person drives off from gas station without paying for gas.
Example: Driver of vehicle pumps gas and takes off without paying for fuel.

Harassing Phone Calls
|
|
Unsolicited phone calls of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature.
Example: Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc. with no known suspects.

|
Lost Property
|
|
When property is missing or lost.
Example: Property that is missing, leaving items in restaurant, or missing from home.
|
|
|
|
Theft
|
|
The act or an instance of stealing; larceny.
Example: Property that is missing or stolen and it is known that the property was stolen (not lost).

|
Vandalism
|
|
The act of changing, modifying or defacing public or private property.
Example: Knocking over mail box, throwing rock through windows, etc.
|
|
|
|
Vehicle Burglary
|
|
The act or an instance of stealing property from a motor vehicle.
Example: Stolen Equipment or belongings from vehicle. Damage to Motor Vehicle during theft of property.

Vehicle Tampering
|
|
The act or an instance of tampering with a Motor vehicle.
Example: Keying, broken windows, or attempts to remove parts.
