This site allows you to file a police report with the West Valley - Mission Police Department. After completing the entire process you will receive an actual report id and you will be able to print the report for your records. A valid form of identification and an email address are required to complete the report.
This site will let you report any of the following types of incidents:
Harassing Calls/Electronic Communication
Unsolicited phone calls or electronic text of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature.
Example: Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc. with no known suspects.
Identity Theft
Person who unlawfully obtains another persons identifying informationion and uses that information for any unlawful purposes.
Using ones identity to make purchases, obtain credit cards, etc.
Lost or Stolen Parking Permits
When student loses or believes parking permit is stolen.
Example: Vehicle had windows rolled down and parking permit was missing upon return.
Lost Property
When property is missing or lost.
Example: Property that is missing, leaving items in Library, cafeteria, classroom, and the Elements of a crime are not present.
Non-Injury Hit & Run Vehicle Accidents
Driver hits another vehicle and does not leave contact information for the car owner.
Example: Returning to a parked vehicle to find damage to it.
Theft
The act or an instance of stealing; larceny.
Example: Property that is missing or stolen and it is known that the property was stolen (not lost).
Vandalism
The act of changing, modifying or defacing public or private property.
Example: Graffiti on walls, damage to property, etc.
Vehicle Tampering
The act or an instance of tampering with a Motor vehicle.
Example: "Keying" if car paint, tire slashing, or attempts to remove parts.

Incident Type
Select the incident type that matches the incident you wish to report.
 
Incident Location
Only incidents that occurred within the city limits can be reported. This includes interstate highways that pass through the city, unincorporated areas, other surrounding areas, and county locations.

Hint If you select an option like "Other" from any menu, give a full description of that choice in the description area of the "Incident Information" step.
