This site allows you to file a police report with the Concord Police Department. After completing the entire process you will receive an actual report id and you will be able to print the report for your records. A valid form of identification and an email address are required to complete the report.
This site will let you report any of the following types of incidents:
Child Custody,Order Violation Document
Incident involving custody, care and control of children. Does not include child stealing. Documentation only.
One parent fails to drop off child at pre-detrmined time or place.
Garbage Dumping
On private property. If on Public street call Public works at 671-3448

Harassing Phone Calls
Unsolicited phone calls of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature. If valid restraining order in place, contact 671-3220
Example: Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc. with no known suspects.
Hit and Run
Where driver of another vehicle does not stop after being involved in a collision
Example: You return to your car and find damage to vehicle, etc.
Identity Theft
The act of someone other than you to obtain credit, goods or services in your name.
Example: Someone opens credit card account in your name, etc.
Lost Property
When property is missing or lost.
Example: Property that is missing, leaving items in restaurant, or missing from home, etc.
Non-Injury Accident
Just information exchange between drivers, both vehicles are drivable.
Example: Fender bender where you exchange info for insurance purposes, etc.
Theft
The act or an instance of stealing; larceny.
Example: Property that is missing or stolen and it is known that the property was stolen (not lost).
Theft from storage unit
Theft from a storage unit, either forced or unlawful enrty. No suspects.

Theft from unlocked or open garage
Theft of bike, tools, etc from unlocked garage, unlawful entry

Theft of Recyclables
The act of an unauthorized person removing recyclables from recycling container
Example: Recyclables stolen from bin in front of home.
Vandalism
The act of changing, modifying or defacing public or private property.
Example: Knocking over mail box, throwing rock through windows, slashing tires of vehicle, etc.
Vehicle Tampering
The act or an instance of tampering with a motor vehicle.
Example: Keying, broken windows, or attempts to remove parts.

Incident Type
Select the incident type that matches the incident you wish to report.
 
Incident Location
Only incidents that occurred within the city limits can be reported. This includes interstate highways that pass through the city, unincorporated areas, other surrounding areas, and county locations.
